Plans and prices

Prices as published on HubSpot's pricing page, checked 27 October 2026. They change often; check the live page before you rely on them.

PlanPriceBillingWhat you get
Starter credits500 credits/month includedper accountShared across Breeze features
Professional credits3,000 credits/month includedper account
Enterprise credits5,000 credits/month includedper account
Additional credits$10 per 1,000 ($0.01/credit)as needed

Usage component. Customer Agent: 50 credits ($0.50) per resolved conversation. Prospecting Agent: 100 credits ($1) per lead recommended for outreach. Agents require Pro or Enterprise; 28-day trials.

How credits/tokens work. One credit pool shared across all Breeze features, so one agent can drain credits meant for others. Rollover not confirmed (assume use-it-or-lose-it).

What changed in 2025–2026

14 Apr 2026: Customer Agent moved to outcome-based billing and was cut from 100 credits ($1) per conversation to 50 credits ($0.50) per resolved conversation; Prospecting Agent moved from a monthly per-contact charge to $1 per recommended lead.

What you can steal

  1. Pricing

HubSpot halved its per-outcome price and switched to charging only for resolved conversations to beat Zendesk and Fin. In outcome-priced markets, competitors will undercut the headline number fast.
