These terms apply when you use subscriptionplaybook.com. They're short on purpose. Last updated 27 October 2026.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Subscription Playbook (ACN 602 766 478) ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. General information only

The guides, case studies, calculators, AI tools, books and other content on this site are general information about running a subscription business. They don't take your circumstances into account and aren't financial, legal, tax, accounting or valuation advice. Get advice from a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

We work to keep content accurate and dated, but prices, laws and market data change. We don't promise the content is complete, current or suitable for your purpose.

3. Calculators and AI tools

Calculator results depend on the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown. Our AI tools generate answers automatically using third-party AI models. Their output can be inaccurate or incomplete, isn't reviewed by a person before you see it, and is general information only. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Please don't enter sensitive personal information, or information you aren't allowed to share, into our tools. We apply fair-use limits to the AI tools and may change or withdraw them at any time.

4. Free books and the hardcover offer

The ebook and audiobook are free to download for your personal use.

The free hardcover offer is for Australian businesses with a valid, active ABN and an Australian postal address. It's limited to one copy per business, while stocks last, and we may decline or cancel a claim that doesn't meet these conditions or appears to be misused. Delivery times are estimates. If the offer ends or stock runs out, we'll say so on the claim page.

The content on this site, including the books, text, tools, design and graphics, is owned by us or our licensors. You're welcome to read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use, and to quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Please don't republish, sell or adapt our content without our written permission.

Results you generate with our tools for your own business are yours to use.

We link to other websites, including our sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Your consumer rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided free of charge and "as is", and we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its content or its tools. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it's limited to supplying the relevant service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
