What you can steal

  1. Pricing

Anthropic split the seat into an access fee and a metered usage line, which keeps the entry price low while heavy users pay their real cost. If a few power users are eating your margin, add a weekly cap and a paid overflow before you raise everyone's price.

  2. Pricing

The same capability level keeps getting cheaper, so any AI feature priced on today's model cost will look overpriced in 12 months. Price on customer value and treat falling input costs as margin you earn back over time.
