How it grows

Land-and-expand into large law firms starting with pilots and design-partner relationships; collaboration features spread usage within firms; acquisitions (Qura, Apr 2026) to add research; rapid international expansion (US, UK).

What you can steal

  1. Pricing

Legora undercuts Harvey on seat price and meters the agent layer, the same seat-plus-usage pattern as horizontal tools. Keep the seat as the entry ticket and put autonomous work on a meter.

  2. land and expand

Start with a practice group pilot, prove time savings, then roll out firm-wide; expansion revenue drove ARR from $100M to $200M in under six months.

  3. moats

Switching: once a firm's workflows and templates live in your tool, changing vendor means retraining hundreds of professionals.

  4. churn & retention

Co-build with customers (design partners) so the product fits their workflows and they have a stake in its success.
