Usage component. Scrape/crawl/map/monitor 1 credit per page; search 2 credits per 10 results; interact 2 credits per browser minute; Agent 5 free daily runs then dynamic pricing.

How credits/tokens work. Credit packs get cheaper per credit at higher tiers; rollover only on Scale. Request-rate limits also gate throughput (our account hit 12 requests/minute during this research).

What changed in 2025–2026

2026: Agent and Interact (browser) products added to the credit system.

What you can steal

  1. Pricing

Firecrawl sells both volume and speed (concurrency), so heavy users upgrade for throughput as much as credits. Tie a second, non-usage benefit to tiers so upgrades aren't only about volume.
