How it grows

Developer-led word of mouth among AI companies; transparent public pricing and calculator; very low capital raised; minimums double as packaging (security features gate higher tiers).

What you can steal

  1. Pricing

A monthly minimum that is credited against usage sets a revenue floor without a separate platform fee. 'Minimum spend, credited to usage' is an easy-to-accept way to add predictability to pure usage pricing.

  2. usage-based pricing

Pair metered pricing with a small monthly minimum so every customer covers their cost while bills still scale with value.

  3. low-budget growth

Publish transparent prices and a calculator; it removes sales friction and lets a tiny team sell to large customers.

  4. pricing model

Gate enterprise needs (SSO, audit logs, SLAs) behind higher minimums rather than charging per seat.
