How it grows

B2C/prosumer PLG targeting non-technical founders and SMBs; SEO, social, creator partnerships, hackathons; viral share-and-clone of apps; next step is SMB/mid-market teams once governance/SSO ship (Sacra).

What you can steal

  1. Pricing

A 10x price jump between tiers for 7.5x credits nudges heavy users to the top tier. Check your per-credit price at each tier so the upgrade path rewards commitment.

  2. product/market fit

Pick an underserved buyer (non-coders, small businesses) and measure PMF by paying customers, not sign-ups: 150K payers on 6M users is the real signal.

  3. network effects

Make outputs shareable and clonable so every customer's work markets the product to the next customer.

  4. pricing model

Use a 10x price ladder ($20 to $200) with credits as the fence, so the same product serves hobbyists and power users without discounting.
