Usage component. ElevenAgents voice agents $0.08 per minute on every tier (included minutes are prepaid at that rate); burst calls above concurrency $0.16/min; SMS $0.003; LLM and telephony extra.

How credits/tokens work. Unused credits roll over for up to two months (balance capped at 3x monthly quota) while subscribed. Flash/Turbo models use 0.5-1 credit per character via API. Usage-based billing available past quota.

What changed in 2025–2026

2026: agent pricing standardised at $0.08/min across tiers with higher tiers buying concurrency, not cheaper minutes.

What you can steal

  1. Pricing

ElevenLabs sells concurrency, not cheaper minutes: every tier pays the same per-minute rate and bigger plans buy capacity. Sell what scales the customer's business (concurrent calls) rather than discounting your unit.
