What you can steal

  1. Pricing

Salesforce now offers per-action, per-conversation, per-resolution, per-user and all-you-can-eat contracts at once, which shows buyers still want predictability. Lead with one simple meter and keep a fixed-price option for risk-averse enterprise buyers.
